Louise & eXp Realty were a pleasure to work with. She was extremely helpful and patient throughout the entire process. She provided guidance on what to do to the house to make it show well. She detailed everything for us about the listing process, pricing, how to schedule prospective buyers walk throughs, offer negotiation tips and much more. Withing 10 days from initial listing we had a great offer in hand. She even came by for a visit to wish us well as the movers moved the last few items out of the house. Louise is a great asset to have on your side when you are trying to sell your house! We have worked with her selling houses twice. The most recent was putting our parents' house on the market. Louise is very savvy about the market, and helped us find the best house price that balanced its condition and its location. In the end, Louise was able to position the house so that it found the right buyer quickly!
