If you listen to her, and follow her instructions for property preparation and for the overall process, she will sell your property. She is very knowledgeable of the MA real estate market. Louise & eXp Realty were a pleasure to work with. She was extremely helpful and patient throughout the entire process. She provided guidance on what to do to the house to make it show well. She detailed everything for us about the listing process, pricing, how to schedule prospective buyers walk throughs, offer negotiation tips and much more. Louise is a great asset to have on your side when you are trying to sell your house! We have worked with her selling houses twice. The most recent was putting our parents' house on the market. Louise is very savvy about the market, and helped us find the best house price that balanced its condition and its location.
