Louise is an amazing Realtor who is extremely knowledgeable, strategic, and truly cares about her clients. I’ve referred several clients to her over the years, and she has always taken great care of every client. I remember going to one of Louise’s listings earlier in my career and thinking, “Wow, this agent is so organized!” I loved how she presented the home and paid attention to every detail. Five stars for Louise Knight! She was able to generate eight full-price and above-full-price offers in five days for our house. If you listen to her, and follow her instructions for property preparation and for the overall process, she will sell your property. She is very knowledgeable of the MA real estate market. And she is a very nice person - she discloses everything and I always felt everything was 'above board'. We learned a great deal from her! Thank you Louise - you ROCK!

Louise Knight of exp Realty has been the best Realtor I have worked with so far. We have been constantly relocating for the past 11 years soon after retirement to downsize, upsize and downsize again due to various circumstances. On each occasion, my family and I were unanimous in choosing Louise as our selling agent. The buying agent usually does not have much of of a role to except to represent the buyers after they have decided on a location and a house. Even there most agents were very passive and slow in getting the buyers needs for info. However, even as a Buyer agent, Louise was very prompt in quickly choosing our best location and house size and type within 1 month of our closing of our old house. She was also extremely proactive in getting our spiritual center in Boylston sold in record time and price even though it was in the midst of much lower priced houses and needed lots of upgrades. She has been very effective in finding new locations when the management team could not come to and consensus on the next property to purchase. I would definitely recommend Louise as your next Realtor.
