Above and beyond, As first time homebuyers, Louise helped us navigate the buying process smoothly. In addition to being clear and communicative, she was able to organize showings at a moment's notice. There were a few showings, where she was able to gather documents ahead of time (floorplans, meeting minutes, updates on HOA projects in-progress). It seemed like she was well-connected in the industry, as she knew a couple of the listing agents and had even dealt with our inspection team before. Would 100% recommend, thanks Louise!

Louise Knight helped us to buy our dream house. Louise provided above and beyond service from the start to finish. She is extremely knowledgeable and has the patience of a saint! Our home was a short sale, and the sellers realtor was everything but cooperative. Throughout the whole process, Louise kept informing us and provided amazing support; even more so when we were 3 time zones away. She carefully listened to what my wife and I wanted, our preferences and concerns. One more thing to note, for those who have watched How I Met Your Mother, Louise's recommendations are analogous to Lily's stamp of approval. Louise suggested an amazing mortgage lender (Kathy Vasel with CrossCountry Mortgage) who was amazing throughout the whole process. As you can see from my review history, I do not review often but I had to share my experience. I highly recommend her and I could not have asked for a better agent.

Before I work with Louise I talked to couple of other real state agents and then I got to know Louise through one of my friends bought a property with her help. From the first day we were very happy to work with Louise and she walked us through the entire process and made us aware about most of the things that we may come across. I bought a beautiful newly built house at Chelmsford MA (our first house) after long search in one of the highest competitive markets during COVID. Louise was extremely helpful and didn't want us to buy a house that we don't like. She showed up in my home inspection and help taking notes and communicated with the builder etc. Long story short; She does care for her customers beginning to end and even after that too. I would highly recommend Louise Knight for anybody who is planning to buy or sell house.

Louise's pedigrees and accolades are not just cute acronyms or pointless degrees in an email signature or resume -- Louise means business and displays a deep skill-set in customer service, negotiation, marketing, home care, the local market, and most importantly Real Estate brokerage process and law. Louise sold a home for us at list-price in a slower market an hour commute from the city in under 30 days. We initially were concerned about being able to to obtain the higher price and were considering listing at $10 - $25k lower then what it sold at to try to get a quick sale. Following Louise's local market knowledge and general expertise we went with her recommended list price of about $400k and obtained it quickly.During the period of selling and being under contract, Louise negotiated regularly with picky sellers while managing a Septic install for Title 5 requirements for sale, that involved zoning exceptions and multiple contractors. Louise would stop into the house as it was unoccupied during repairs and contract, to ensure the house was staying clean and in good shape and all power, water and heat were functional. She readily recommended multiple contractors we needed for rehab projects to the interior and exterior of home before selling it. Louise advised we make the updates to paint, floor refinishes, and a couple of other items to get top-dollar for the house, and she was right again. AND, she helped us with all of this with us being out-of-state sellers and working on everything with her over phone/email, and the service was always responsive and helpful. This would not have gone smoothly and likely would not have closed at all (considering the challenging property, buyers, and situation) without Louise's hard work and expertise!Louise is also helping us with buyers agency and she is responsive, involved, and very helpful as we locate properties for purchase of rental investments, and a second home in the New England Area. A true market expert in New England and real estate Guru. There is no other choice! Not to mention working with a top-notch firm, ReMax.

We had a different realtor and things were not going well. Got rid of that realtor and found Louise after wasting three weeks with the other. Louise was able to get us under contract with in a week. She was very good about staying in contact and keeping us updated. Quick to get us in showings and getting the paperwork done to get us under contract. very easy smooth experience even after closing, she keeps in contact checking on us seeing how things are going.

Louise is great, everything you hope for in a real estate agent. She is professional, communicative, knowledgeable, and personable. Further, Louise is a determined problem solver who pays great attention to details. There were many times, she went above and beyond the call of duty. Just one example, as we were remote sellers, Louise found and hired an electrician to address issues found during the inspection.
