Above and beyond, As first time homebuyers, Louise helped us navigate the buying process smoothly. In addition to being clear and communicative, she was able to organize showings at a moment's notice. There were a few showings, where she was able to gather documents ahead of time (floorplans, meeting minutes, updates on HOA projects in-progress). It seemed like she was well-connected in the industry, as she knew a couple of the listing agents and had even dealt with our inspection team before. Would 100% recommend, thanks Louise!

We can’t recommend Louise enough! As first time homebuyers with a growing family, we had a lot of questions and some nerves going into the process, but she made everything feel so manageable and stress free. Luckily the second home she showed us ended up being the one and thanks to her guidance and negotiation skills, our first offer was accepted under asking!
